"Excellent pre-selection platform for high volume recruitment "

In the current labour market, candidates turn out to be more selective in their job search. Instead of blindly accepting any offer, candidates would like to consider all elements of a job before deciding. Harver allows to give the candidates a realistic preview of a job in the early stages of a selection process. Through the online experience, candidates will learn more about the position and the company culture, and in parallel will be completing their assessments. In return, employers will receive assessment data from various tests about the candidates which allows them to make the right hiring decision. Also, in my experience the candidates that make it to the next round are far more motivated and prepared for the actual interview.

Summary

Which one is better?

  • Harver is the better choice if your organization is focused on volume hiring and needs a specialized platform for pre-employment assessments that reduce bias and improve hiring decisions. Its streamlined assessment tools are ideal for large-scale recruitment.
  • Phenom, however, stands out if you’re looking for an end-to-end talent management solution that goes beyond recruitment. If your focus is not only hiring but also improving employee retention, development, and engagement, Phenom provides a more holistic solution for managing the entire talent lifecycle.

What is the AI vetting process?

JoinArena AI is an AI-driven talent marketplace that connects companies with top-tier developers through a unique AI interviewing process. The platform uses AI to screen candidates, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed to the final stages, allowing companies to skip lengthy interviews and directly hire the best talent. At JoinArena, we believe traditional hiring often overlooks great talent by focusing too much on resumes. Our AI-driven vetting process changes that.

In the AI interview, candidates are assessed based on their skills and background, identifying roles they're best suited for. Companies can then review these interviews and easily find the talent archetypes they need, ensuring no quality candidate is overlooked.

What does it mean to be in the talent pool?

Being in our talent pool means your profile is actively showcased to top U.S. companies hiring through our platform. While we regularly source new opportunities for our talent pool, it's important to note that companies select only a few candidates for their roles. We recommend continuing your job search elsewhere while keeping your JoinArena profile up-to-date to maximize your chances of landing new opportunities that match your skills and experience.

What happens after the AI interview?

After completing your AI interview with JoinArena, if you're selected for our talent pool, your profile will be made available to top U.S. companies actively hiring through our platform. However, being part of the talent pool doesn't guarantee a job offer. Keep in mind that the final decision rests with the hiring company.
